Pumpkin Mousse from Ccvanb's Recipes

Ingredients

1 cup Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative (or preferred brand) 1 15 ounce can pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until completely combined. 2.Serve immediately or you can refrigerate and allow it to thicken a bit. 3.Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
