Ingredients

About 1 cup of spaghetti squash roasted 1 egg poached, or prepared as desired 1 oz. crumbled feta cheese Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

If you need to heat up the spaghetti squash, add it to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for a minute or two. Crumble the feta cheese over the squash, and place the egg on top (poached, fried, or otherwise). A little salt and pepper on top seals it. Quick breakfast done!
