Baked Oatmeal from Brook's Recipes

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

3 C rolled oats 3/4 C raisins or chopped dates 1/2 C coconut, unsweetened 1 tsp. salt 4 1/2 C almond or coconut milk 2 sliced bananas or 2 chopped apples 1 C walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Instructions

1. Mix or layer (oat, banana, walnut, raisin, coconut, milk) all ingredients in oil-sprayed 13x9 pan. 2. Bake uncovered for about 1 hr.
