Keto Chicken w/ Herb Butter from Brook's Recipes

Ingredients

Fried Chicken: - 4 Chicken Breasts - Butter / Olive Oil - Salt & Pepper Herb Butter - 2 C Butter (room-temp) - 1 Garlic Clove (pressed) - 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - 4 Tbsp Chopped Parsley - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mix together all ingredients for the herb butter. Set aside. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Fry in butter/oil on medium heat until cooked (165 degrees, meat thermometer). Lower temp towards end to avoid dry chicken filets. 3. Serve with generous amount of herb butter. (Butter can be served room temp or melted).
