Ingredients
4 oz. fresh, firm tofu
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil or 2 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. Chicken-style seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Instructions
1. Sauté onion in olive oil or water
2. Cube or break tofu in pieces into non-stick skillet
3. Add remaining seasonings and stir, allowing tofu to slightly brown over medium heat
