Ingredients
                
                1/2 - 1 lb. ground turkey
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
2 packets chili seasoning
1 cup zucchini
             
      
            
                
                    
Instructions
                
                Brown turkey with veggies (except zucchini).  Place meat and veggies in a pot, add beans and diced tomatoes.  Add 1 1/2 cups water.  Add chili seasoning.  Allow to cook and simmer about 30 minutes.  Add zucchini and cook for 20 more minutes.  
Serve hot and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
