Ingredients
A Graham Cracker Crust
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 pt berries of choice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. knox unflavored jello
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup heavy cream(whipped)
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Cut berries into small pieces. Mix with sugar, salt and lemon juice. Soften jello in 1/2 cup cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over low heat and combine with berry mix. Fold in whip cream. Add vanilla and pour into crust. Chill 1 1/2 hours.
