Vanilla mousse

Ingredients
2/3 cup chilled evaporated milk
1egg
1/4 cup sugar
A little salt
1 tsp.vanilla
Instructions
Chill milk thoroughly,then whip until stiff.beat in egg,sugar,salt and vanilla.freeze until firm.
