Ingredients
2/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2/3 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
In a small saucepan combine the berries, water, sugar and lemon juice. Heat on medium until the sauce boils. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Serve warm spooned on plain Greek Yogurt, ice cream, biscuits or pancakes.
