Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 peeled and chopped frozen banana
2 tbs protein powder
1 1/2 tbs flax seed
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
