Crockpot Beets from Aj's Recipes

Ingredients

Whole, uncooked beets with skin on

Instructions

Cut off greens if present. Wrap beets individually in foil. Place in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Should be soft when fully cooked. Let cool enough to handle. Unwrap foil. Run beets under cold water to rinse away skin. Eat as is or use in downstream applications.
