Ingredients
2 cans of chick peas, rinsed and drained
1 shallot, chopped
~1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 oz package spicy/robust salad greens, chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
