Excellent with the mango BBQ sauce!
Ingredients
1 c. tvp dry cooked with 1 c. bouillon
2 1/4 c. bread crumbs (stuffing mix works well)
1 large yellow onion chopped finely
2 enerG eggs
1-20oz pkg. tofu extra firm drained and blended
1 t. garlic powder
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 t. liquid smoke
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together by hand
Roll into meatballs
Freeze overnight
Place on cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
